Steps in the Orientation Process

• We organize informative tours of the company premises, including offices and factories.
• We arrange introductory meetings with senior management to foster a sense of connection.
• We conduct one-to-one meetings at regular intervals throughout the first year, allowing for valuable feedback from our new colleagues.
