We provide guidance through training, consulting, and new technology promotion activities. We lead our suppliers in the process of capacity increase. We also tell them the importance and benefits of the social aspects of sustainability.
We clearly share the results of the review with our supplier, and develop action plans regarding issues where development is needed.
We establish operating terms based on the performance of our suppliers, and encourage cooperation.
